We’re proud to say that Collective Fitness utilizes the SGT System (Smart Group Training System). We are the only group training program in Orlando to use the Smart Group Training System.

What exactly is Smart Group Training? Well, Smart Group Training initially started as an idea. It was an idea that boot camp, crossfit, or any other group training environment could be tailored to be just like personal training. We were frustrated with giving everyone the exact same workout, and our results just weren’t up to par with what our clients and ourselves expected. That’s why we adopted the system to help individualize each training session. At Collective Fitness, we saw the value in the Smart Group Training System and its ability to personalize training in a group environment.
